The show and the tradition goes on!

The Stevenson High School Theatre troupe has once again captured the top honor at district competition that challenges students to perform and stage a musical in 45 minutes.

Stevenson’s “Troupe 33” captured the district title and earned ten individual honors through the Michigan Interscholastic Forensic Association’s one-act play competition.

The team performed in a virtual setting the play Tracks by Peter Tarsi, a story of a group of strangers that meet in a subway platform only to realize they are recently deceased and the trains are taking them to the afterlife.

The show is directed by Mrs. Cheryl Jackson and Student Directors Mareo Butrus and Sophia Yabut.

Individual honors earned by Stevenson students are:
